In this challenge (in addition to accountability and community) you will be walked through one easy to use tool each week. By utilizing these tools, you will begin to design a life where motherhood is no longer the whole story, but rather, just a piece of who you are. 

Over our five weeks together you will learn how to:

  • Identify and empower your natural strengths and values.

  • Notice and plan for triggers that catch you off guard and slow down the life that you’re trying to achieve. (These include things like bedtime, child tantrums, nonstop requests, etc resulting in anger, resentment, distain, and overwhelm.)

  • Distinguish between wants and needs and learn to plan for what will help you get through the days/weeks… no matter what comes at you.

  • Communicate what you need to those that can help you, including members of this community, spouses, family, etc.!

  • Use these systems to do the things that you ACTUALLY want to accomplish in your life!

 
 

 

You might be asking “Can I REALLY afford the time and money it’ll take to do this when I’ve already got so many responsibilities I feel like I’m failing at?”

I remember being pregnant with our second when my husband decided that he wanted to do some crazy “self help” course - which costed about 4X the amount of this one.
